Cahaba Riverkeeper, Cahaba River Society appeal judge's decision to dismiss challenge to BWWB

The groups have argued the Birmingham Water Works Board is in noncompliance with a 2001 settlement agreement which was intended to protect the thousands of acres of land around the intake system for the Birmingham area's drinking water.
